john773
It would be nice if it does not lower it all the time. Just for fun
HandofBobb
Yeah- I don't want it out all the time, but I hate when it puts it away when I'm in the middle of using it- say like trying to shoot down flyers, or indirectly grenading things at long range. So a weapon draw/put away option would be great
fienyx
Second the draw/holster button if possible. I make a lot hunting sentinels, sniping them, grenading them. waiting for their signal to go out to draw more in. It is such a pain with my mod list though, when I have to do some running/dodging then re-aim, and just as I get ready to center the crosshair, bam, let's put our weapon away in the middle of battle. Most games have a weapon button, and if a modder can get this figured out, that would be pure awesome.
HandofBobb
Actually, after thinking about it a bit more, I think it would be ideal if the weapon was always out when in Boltcaster mode, but maintains the vanilla behavior for the Mining Beam. That'd also keep me from forgetting to switch back to mining mode and accidentally blasting something I wanted to harvest...
fienyx
A holster button would be ideal because not everyone uses the bolt caster.
wolfeuk
Or extend the time the tool is out to like 30 seconds
fienyx
That would be nice too. Give enough time to aim for those longer shots. :)
