LE Merge combat/non combat enchantments

You can only wear one necklace/gloves etc., so when you want to do smithing, pick a lock or whatever you have to go to your inventory and change equipment, then remember to change it back when finished. So would be useful if items could have one combat enchantment and one non combat one. Perhaps even better would be to put non combat enchantments on special new item slots such as bracelets and rings.
