LE Jump while sprinting and Paralyzing spray

I'd like to be able to jump while sprinting.

 

I'd like to spray a green mist which paralyzes enemies.

 

I'd like to make my companions invisible when sneaking around.

 

I'd also like an absorb health spell in the form of a reverse spray.

Vampires get a spell to absorb health, although it's not incredibly strong.

I didn't mention strength of spells, but now that you mention it, I'd like the paralysis to last a lot longer, I'd like the absorb health to do a lot more damage, same with flames, frostbite and shock.
