dubiousintent
1. For playing in "full screen windowed mode", use the mod "OneTweak for FNV". It requires NVSE, which you should already be using with that LO. 2. For your HUD issue, please read the wiki article "HUD-UI-Menu Issues", which discusses the reason for the problems and the solution. 3. In addition to NVAC, consider the other "game fixer" mods listed here. Note that there is "overlap" between some of them which means you need to use a "merged patch" file to resolve record level conflicts if you want to use more than one. I notice you appear to have a manually created one ("FNV Merge Patch 2.esp"), so you are obviously aware of this need. As the "fixer" mods affect thousands of records, you may want to consider using Wrye Flash to create a "Bashed Patch" ("BP": mine affects more than 10,000 records), and then manually create an "override patch" file to adjust the BP winners to your taste. The "override" patch is discussed here. -Dubious- Edited August 28, 2016 by dubiousintent

VinnyOcean24
yeah i think those might be an issue themselves try it with just ncr rearm and caesars new regieme. and notice these two mod will lower performance in a warzone or anything with a large ammount of both factions since they are retexs. i usually only use one or the other to avoid that
