When you renamed it, that got it out of the way (unused) so your graphics card was properly detected. Just uninstall/delete it. It is not required to play the game, and is not part of a vanilla install. If you are still having problems getting the game to run without that DLL present, make sure you do not have ENB otherwise installed and try starting a "new" game. If that works, the problem is embedded in your save game file, and you will have to start over. If you can't get to the "main menu" (with the "New" game options), your problem is a "missing master".
