~Advanced modder wanted~ New game+

Alright, as anyone who has played and completed skyrim more than once, you know that you get attached to your characters skills, powers, play style, armor, etc. Now, what I'm asking for is basically the new game plus mode from borderlands 2 (Get sent to the beginning, but keep all your gear, enemies are as high as you and are harder, gear is better, etc) but in skyrim. Now, before you ask "whoa dude, how would this even work" I've already thought it through entirely

Basically, it works as follows;

The dragonborn kills alduin, and goes back to tamriel. When he does, he teleports to a space themed cell, and is greeted by a statue of akatosh. The statue then says to him "Well done! you have defeated Alduin and saved tamriel from destruction. But with nothing left to do now, life is going to be boring for you. Well, don't worry, i can let you keep adventuring forever!" Then the dragonborn can either refuse, sending him back to tamriel with a special item to let him reset any time he changes his mind, or he can accept the offer, and start the game again.

Now, once the player resets, a document is made in the skse folder (or somewhere else) containing all the players perks, items, level, stats, etc. It also contains a counter for how many times the player has reset the game already, (which will be useful for further resets). Then the player starts a new game, goes into the mcm menu, enables the document, and all the stats are given to the player. (stuff like racemenu presets will need to be saved manually, but if you can implement them in somehow, you should).

Now, you're probably thinking "dude, the player probably has dragonbone weapons and armor, how is this going to be even slightly challenging?"

Well, that's where the advanced part of this mod comes in

Every piece of armor, whether it be vanilla or modded is copied, then the value of dragonbone armor is added to it. (So fur armor would have an armor rating of 146 be instead of 44). Then the suffix "Level <Number of restarts +1>") is added to it. Obviously after every restart, the armor rating will get progressively higher with each restart, to the point where stuff has like, 999 armor for each piece. (but obviously it should go higher)

Weapons will have the same treatment, (adding dragonbone tier damage to them), and making them "Level <Number of restarts +1>"

Spells shouldn't have this treatment, as they scale with you anyway.

The leveling list for items and enemies should be the default, + whatever level the player was at before he reset.

And finally, the base level for enemies should be <default + player level before reset>

Anyway, that should be enough. If you decide to make this into a mod, could you please credit me for coming up with the idea, as it makes me feel good inside. Peace out.
