LE Combat animations

Now, don't get all worked about the title, i'm not asking you to put on a motion capture suit and redo all the animations. All i'm asking for is a little recoil or even the slightest twitch when i slice my enemy with a sword or an axe. I've also heard all the gliche's about it being more about the RP and less about the G. I don't care. I guess i've just been spoiled by Dark Messiah and Dead Island. Both very, very much inferior games to Skyrim, but with far better combat.

 

I don't know much about modding, but i know just enough to realize that it's not easy, if even possible to actually add an animation, or edit existing ones.

 

I plead to you, oh almighty mod-Gods, grant me this wish, 'tis all i ask.

 

I'm also not asking you to do it RIGHT NOW, as the proper tools are not available, but when the construction kit is released, this would be my number one request.

 

I couldn't get the site to load the other pages, so i'm not really sure if this has been requested before, but i strongly believe i'm not alone with this request.

skyrims combat animations are one of the worst things in this game lol^^

 

only rarely you can perfrom finishing moves.. and well...sword swings look like a retarded monkey got hold of a stick and tries to fend off flies xD

 

.so you just became a sword master ..But hey you will still swing your sword like a noob haha^^

 

basically the player can never really fight like a badass in skyrim..one only gets more damage and thats it -.-

 

no real fighting styles, no techniques, no nothing -_-

 

maybe porting some cool animations form other games will do the trick

To me, the animations look okay. They're not overdone like Dark Souls or something. It's just that i want to FEEL it when i hit my enemies. I mean come on, at least f***ing blink when i hit you with a big ass battle axe. Dare i say even WoW has more weight behind the melee combat than Skyrim.
