LE Dracula Untold Cape Request

This can be a small mod or a big mod depending on how you look at it. Basically what I'm asking for is a mod that adds in a single item (craftable preferably) however that item will have a constant animation of bats similar to how Vlad's cape appears to be melding into bats in the dracula untold box art. I honestly don't care how difficult you plan to make the crafting recipe (should you decide to make this mod) all I care about is the cape with the animation.
