This is what I've got loaded right now, one of these has disabled my ability to interact with NPCs and loose clutter. I can however still sleep in a bed or access things like the workbench etc. Any help?

All the "User Interface" (UI) commands are controlled by XML files. Mods that make changes to the HUD or UI or Menus have to place their own XML files into the "DATA\Menus" folder. Sometimes they have to overwrite the vanilla files. This is the usual reason you suddenly lose certain functions. Please take a look at the wiki article "HUD-UI-Menu Issues" and see if any of that applies to your situation. Feel free to ask here if you are not sure.

 

The other thing I notice is that you are not using any form of "merge patch file". With that many mods you are almost certainly having "record level" conflicts. Please read this.

Yeah that's after I deleted half of my mods!
