It helped that he didn't take himself to seriously and was able to laugh when she threw a drink at him for saying it (maybe i should have left that bit out... :whistling: ) We're talking about asking girls out, not suicide! You have to pay heaps of attention to her fat or ugly friend. She'll say things like "isn't he a really nice guy for paying attention to (insert unfortuate girls name)" really she'll be thinking "what the f'ing hell! I'm so much prettier than her, why doesn't he like me". Her natural jelousy and desire will kick in and if you shift your attention to her (not to quickly) you'll have yourself a date. I'll let it go this time but if I catch more of the same I'll start to become Mister Nasty. One piece of advice, girls talk to each other. If they find you've approached several with the same chat up line on the same day, you'll get the bum's rush. A girl has to think you want her not just any female you can find. And just for the record, my watch is worth over $400. ....................................Update:I used the library card line with the library card on the girls I had used the library card line with yesterday, and got a similar reaction. They were, however, more amused and less hostile. I then used it on girls I hadn't tested already. They reacted similarly to the last group. I really wouldn't worry about anything - I can say that if you can make the ladies laugh (especially the ones that DON'T, let alone smile), then you might very well end up being the ladies' man instead of some goofball (and that's the only thing you're known as).
