One problem i have is that i Installed the English version of R.S.A Weapon Pack and the Sounds of reloading the gun are nor present in 1rs Person Mode but they are in 3rd person, can you please help me geting a good load order!

You should at least start with the tool "LOOT". Please read the wiki article "FNV General Mod Use Advice", especially the "First Timer Advice" sub-topic as it covers "load order" and has a link to LOOT. Even if you have played modded games before, it covers the unusual aspects of FNV.

 

Also pay attention to the sub-topic "Merge Patch File". There is a chance it is needed to resolve your "reloading sound" issue.

 

PS: Please don't spam us with requests for help. One post is all it takes, especially if you choose the sub-forum area carefully.
