TriiqRz Posted August 30, 2016 Share Posted August 30, 2016 The other day I modded my new Vegas quite heavily. After a few altercations I got it running great with no problems. I started doing the Niner quest line and we were making our way to the Mojave outpost. I was extremely close and boom my game crashes. I tried to reload the save and the game just crashed as soon as the loading screen ended. I then tried to look for troubleshooting methods and attempted them such as loading an older save and then loading the most recent save through that one but that didn't work either, neither did loading a new game. Everything I tried didn't work and the game still crashed on load up. I used FNVedit and LOOT to look for conflicts and dirty mods and after sorting everything the same thing consisted. I then decided to fresh install to see if that changed anything and t worked on vanilla. After that I downloaded the ENB I was using previously which is the Hitman 47 ENB and I located the problem to be the ENB which was causing the crash. I decided to install another ENB which was blackout to test if it was a specific ENB but now it crashes when part way through loading so I know the problem is through ENBs. If anyone has a solution and can help I would be extremely grateful as it is my first new Vegas modded play-through on my new PC and I was very excited and now its a bummer I cant load the game with an ENB. TriiqRz Posted August 30, 2016 Author Share Posted August 30, 2016 ANNNNND...now its literally started working again. I rolled back my graphics card driver and that seems to have done the trick. I think alot of the nvidia driver updates have been having problems with the ENBs which sucks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
