Trigger Box Help

So I've got another problem with another mod that I'm hoping someone here can help me figure out.

 

The mod is auto-loading cave doors. I'm doing this by placing a actorzone trigger in front of the door, and attaching a onTriggerEnter to activate the door. So far so good, now I run into the problem. I want a second triggerzone in front of the main one, so the dialogue to "Exit to Mojave" appears before the player hits the main trigger and is teleported, giving them a chance to turn back if they didn't want to exit.

 

Essentially I need a triggerzone that the player can treat as an activator so when passing through it the "Exit" message appears.

 

Anyone?
