Prove your worth!

this is a crazy mod idea. Probably impossible to make but i have to get it out of my head so bear with me.

After playing through the main quest i was somewhat very underwhelmed, disappointed. If you are really fast and

agile, you can do the whole last quest in no time. Not to speak of what you get for killing an entity that is

called "the world eater" (or something like that).

So I thought "at least i can get now at the top of the "Throat of the World" and enjoy the view". Thats where i had

this wacky idea.

How about this. At the most top of the highest mountain in Skyrim, a throne (yes the thing where Kings sit) is

build, a "Dragon Throne". After you have defeated Alduin for the first time you have the option to sit down on the

Throne and join the Dragons as a Spirit permanently. This means your character will sit down (preferebly in a very

"stylish" way) and turn to Stone while his/her spirit will rise to the sky all the while Dragons circling around

you and greating their new "god/goddess". This will of course mean "Game over" at this point.

This was not the crazy part.

After that, when you begin a new game with a new character and reach the point where you talk to Paarthurnax for

the first time he will test your skills and asks you to prove your worth as a Dovahkin by fighting against the

former Dovahkin, your former character. When you accept, your former characters dragon spirit will come back to the

throne and wake up your former characters body (the same way as you have left it there with the skills, magics,

weapons etc.) and fight you. When you win you are allowed to fight and kill Alduin and so continue the circle (new

character on the throne and so on).

For a challenge, you could power up your former character and give it strong gear.

As I said, crazy and probably impossible but I had to post.

did not think anybody would reply actually :) so thanks!

It would be a choice of course. I had something like a Retirement in mind. When you are finished/bored with a character this would be a great way to commemorate him/her also.

Thats a whole new idea in itself though. Right now we play with different characters over and over and forget many of our first creations. Why not make a "Hall of Heroes" where Stonestatues of your former characters would be "immortalized" as great heros of Skyrim. Would be nothing gamechanging of course but certainly not a bad feature.
