different camera style?

I dont mean to impose, my first time posting here, but I did look around for this type of mod for a long while.

 

in most cases, ive been downloading mods here and there, but there really something I couldnt find this type of camera mod, Im not too sure. Ive look everywhere and very few has camera mods.

 

I wonder if theres a mod thats gives u this type of camera angle.

this mostly reminds you of other games like Resident Evil 4, Gears of War, or Uncharted. the shoulder cam.

even to able to switch left or right shoulder cam. heh, just add a laser pointer or something similar for aiming.

sounds complicated enough considering switching to first person removes legs, head and changes position of the character aswell.

i tried experimenting on oblivion.ini see if theres something that could change the camera. no luck at all. i guess this one will end up being a request.
