Getting random CTDs lately...

I've been getting a lot of random CTDs lately and am trying to narrow down what mod is doing this (my load order below). I have a couple suspects; 'Vivid Weathers' and possibly the 'Rebuilt Series Prewar Houses', mainly because it started happening after I installed the mods, both about the same time. I feel I can safely rule out Vivid Weathers because I turned it off last nite and played for a while and still got CTD. The only common thing is it always occurs outside, happened frequently when I was down in the southern areas; Quincy, areas around Glowing Sea, etc. Anyway, here is my load order, I'll be doing some process of elimination but I work a lot this week so wont have too much time to play around with this.
