turning off all dialogue when using mod organizer

I have a issue in the game where dialogue is being shown from npcs and when I play the same place in the game but in vanilla there is no seen dialogue and cant seem to find out how to shut off the dialogue when playing through mod organizer and here is my mod list and wonder if anyone else has this kind of issue and if they fixed it and how they did it!

Mod Organizer has its own .ini files check them by going to "Tools > INI Editor" in Mod Organizer (tools icon looks like a puzzle).
