Getting the best Visuals

Hello every one :), I'm trying to achieve the highest possible visual quality in Skyrim and I feel I haven't reached it yet with my current config. Thats why I come here where the master minds of modding and improving are. Please just one lil request, when you tell me to change something explain me why so I can learn. Thanks in advance.
