Face color settings (cheeks, chin, nose, forehead, ...)

I spent a long time making my character in the initial setup and was quite pleased with the results. Then I started noticing the "blockiness" graphical problems that many mods have since addressed. I'm using lots of graphical mods now and am really enjoying the way my character looks, but I noticed that Skyrim doesn't remember my face color settings (cheeks, chin, nose, forehead, lower cheek area, etc.). I can open "showracemenu" and notice that the sliders for these have all been reset to 0 when I load up a fresh save game. I reapply them to my likings, save the racemenu, and am able to play without further problems. Then I save and exit. When I come back to play later my face is pale and colorless again. Any clue as to what is causing this problem? I'm not sure if this occurred in vanilla or not as I just noticed it recently. Here's a list of mods I'm currently using:

Ebony Lace and Nightingale Lace

Female Muscle Mod

Beauty Faces for females

QD Inventory

Sexy Forsworn Armor

Ebony Mail - Light Armor

High Res Dragons

Nude Textures - Innies

4GB Skyrim

No More Blocky Faces

Detailed Bodies

Antiallias and sharpen effect

Detailed Faces v2

Detailed Lips

High Quality Eyes

If anyone else has had this problem and/or knows of a permanent fix please let me know.
