Simple? mod request: Much more rare fusion cores

Can somebody please create a mod that makes fusion cores super rare and/or expensive? Using Power Armor all the time makes the game super easy even when playing on survival. It would be nice to be forced to really work on finding fusion cores. I already use "200 % fusion core drain" but it is not enough. And even if that would be like 800% on something I would just have to carry hell of a load of cores and that would be just stupid.

 

Even with scrounger perk level 1 you can find a chest with 4 cores all the time, too easy. No more those and vendor fusion cores should cost about 3000 caps. That would be so cool! Many thanks in advance if someone would help :)
