OneTrueForky
The mods I've created SHOULD be in the \data\ folder, right? Because they're not showing up. I've tried unchecking the "read-only" folder attribute, but it does nothing except for revert itself BACK to "read-only". I'm at my wit's end, I've made something that actually WORKS, and now I can't share it. I need to know where the file is to be able to 1), compress it, and 2), to upload it. The files I've downloaded are there, no problem, but the ones I've made? Yeah, they're apparently non-existent. So if anybody knows what I'm doing wrong, please tell me. Pretty please? -OneTrueForky
AlfredTetzlaff
Hi, running Vista or windows7? You've been hit by the mighty Windows UAC :)Open Explorer and check this path: C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion.As UAC cause other trouble when using mods, reinstalling Oblivion ouside of "ProgramFiles" (c:\games\oblivion for example) would be a good Idea. For correct reinstall procedure have a look at Bbens guide here.
