Can't start up with or without mods

To start off I have a pretty good clue of what I'm doing so this should be smooth but I haven't found a solution in the last two nights.

 

Error [mod0000_mergedfiles]game\player\playerwitcher.ws(16): syntax error, unexpected $undefined, expecting TOKEN_FUNCTION, near '.'

I admit I rushed things without reading my first time around, I figured it'd be easy like modding skyrim xD yeah right but I uninstalled my game and mods, Then reinstalled my game and I cannot start the game

Wether in steam or nexus mod manager

 

 

I've tried to replace the telemetryKey.ws with a corrected file that fixed a few other people's problems (with mods)

I read I have to have mods 1.10+ but not too sure if that's changed with the Witchers current version

 

As of right now I have a few mods downloaded, I figured it wouldn't hurt to get that portion of tedious work out of the way hoping someone would save my weekend by coming up with a fix!

 

Played 30 mins of the Witcher way back but didn't feel like dropping $60 right away so i'm pretty hyped to play this game! Hopefully with mods, at least a few but honestly not too picky after all the hours I've

been researching and fiddling about
