TheLadClo12
Hi again, I have been having an issue for a past two days with Skyrim CTDing due to memory allocation. I have followed every guide I could find to improving my memory and to the best of my knowledge that has been the case. Installing the CrashFixPlugin has given me the information as follows: Size / alignment of object being allocated was 22369796 / 16 I have followed the steps that the Plugin message has given me, for example making sure that ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true and still I'm getting the same issue. Any help in fixing this issue would be appreciated.
Darkstyler35
Hello,Set ExpandSystemMemoryX64=false in ENBlocal.ini.CTDs troubleshooting page on Reddit, depending on what's happening in game, choose the subsections that describes the best your problem. This can help targetting more accurately the CTD you're having and what is causing that.I don't use ENB but I suppose you're talking about ENBOOST and enblocal.ini settings ?Reddit ENB guide.STEP ENBlocal.ini settings page.Direct-x 9 C, 9 C updateShut down background programs such as intellipoint, fan manager, Steam overlay, NVidia GeForce Experience, etc... Need a tool to manage GPU fan speed that works with ENB ? You may try Afterburner, (tested)Make sure to create appropriate exception rules in your antivirus, firewall and allow skyrim directories and *.exe + *.dll.Good luck. TheLadClo12
With Mod Organizer, is it important that I install SKSE and ENBoost through MO and not just install manually?
Darkstyler35
This may help : Official S.T.E.P. Mod Organizer video series / Gopher's MO vids.
Project579
You cannot install ENB through ModOrganizer because MO only simulates the data folder files.
