Not sure what PAMAP is but I was having this problem and it turned out to be a new icon on the hud. DEF_UI was the culprit. They had an update for it that cured the issue. I don't see DEF_UI in there anywhere tho so I'd say that if you've got a map or ui mod that I don't recognize that is likely the problem.

I had the same issue. Turned out KeyNuker was the culprit. Neanka has been made aware of this issue by several folks.
