Breezehome TNF - Hearthfire crashing

So, I downloaded this mod after I got done downloading the Hearthfire DLC and it installed correctly then when I went to play the game I get the main screen for like 4-5 seconds and then the game crashes. So whats going on here?

Edit - Just tried another player home mod and it crashed the game also, not sure whats going on at all

I can't say for sure what's causing it, if it's that mod, or if you have some other mod conflict, but I do remember having trouble with breezehome modding and hearthfire. The articles I read, at the time, said something to the effect of hearthfire changing breezehome's navmesh (kids' beds?). If I remember correctly, if you have a breezehome mod with a navmesh change, it will crash because of the hearthfire navmesh change. I don't know how to change that, except to say look for one that's been modded with hearthfire as a master.

 

Hopefully, someone more knowledgeable will come along and shine more light on this, but for now at least you have an idea what to look for in google searches.

I used this mod once and my game wasnt stable. I suggest you get the breezhome mod by Elionora.

I tried that one too, it still caused crashes, I think its because I don't have all the DLC's for the game

Ohh well yes you need then they are essential. I suggest you buy them.
