When try to escape from the vault Amanda is not in the room she is supposed to be in. I've tried everything ran the mod by itself with nothing else active. Started a new game twice after deleting then reinstalling the mod. And I tried running it with the hot fix installed but nothing works. Here is my load order I would really appreciate some help.

I am going to show you By the numbers whats wrong in your spoiler here.

 

Now the correct data needed is Fomm to be used with Fallout 3, Loot will not do this correctly period.

IF you want the correct tools...ask and I will link them in here.

This program is /was designed with all the required updated media for two games that use Primary data it targets. "Fallout Series"

It contains many tools used long ago that are "Priceless" Do not try to download mods through it's interface because the nexus has zero support for that, there is no server for it to connect too.

 

Just use the tool as it is designed for the game your using. It is Fully configurable and DO NOT update it. Just use this version only for fallout 3.

sent the link. IF you have any trouble with it, you may be required to set up an account on MEGA.

 

Currently there are no more file sharing sites Viable to use that are safe any more, it's all I have to use now.

 

after you get it sorted, try the game..if the game will load with the new order hard save there.

 

Sense your just starting out with TTB? you might just start a new game I know will run.

 

you will know by being able to see Amanda in the window waiting for you.

when you get out side the vault, your in for a surprise and I won't spoil it for you, but when all the Kaos settles down hard save there and exit the game.

Run Fomm once again and use the saved game viewer from it's drop down list, click on the most recent and hit the export button at the bottom.

save the text to the desk top and post that here. we all should see a supper clean load order.
