Tenpenny tower hates me...

I'v been nice and helped the ghouls into tenpenny tower. I did not slaughter the residents, i convinced them with my slick toungue, and perhaps a short skirt.

 

now the gouls went and killed everyone...

 

when i came back to go to try a way to get into the player house. I click the door in console and hit unlock. i entered the penthouse area via the elevator and when i came out i spawned inside roy phillips and with no exaggeration, 300 pencils, 20 pressure cookers, 5 lamps 40 coffe mugs, 3 drinking glasses, 70 plates and 50 assorted burned, charred or prewar books all in a clipped pile of mush. i know this because i clicked each one in console and disabled every single one of them. I cannot use the command option tcl and get out, im locked into the cell. it behaves this way even if i "fly" up to tenpennys outside door with no clip and come in that way.

 

anyone have any ideas? i have no mods related to tenpenny tower and i have even gone so far as to make sure i do not have any of the above listed items in my inventory.

(i am going to check tenpenny mods to see if ic an get something to fix it)

 

 

or if someone could make me a mod so when i enter the area, either from the elevator or the balcony door i spawn in a different area. When i come out im just on the right of the elevator near the chair and im locked and cant tcl in any direction. i can supply one of my save games and my mod list if you need..

well i fixed the oddness, yer now ive encountered another issue. I cant save, no matter where i go i crash when i save. ive done the dual core fox, i dont have ffdshow ive got archive invalidate, im using the nexus loader. the game loads and plays fine, for hours, but i cant save. if i do i crash. All the auto saves are off.
