I haven't been able to find anyone selling the book for either of them, I had a scroll at one point for the lightning elemental and it was pretty awesome, I'd really like to get rid of my squishy, crappy, retarded fire elemental. Possible Spoiler: See that link if you want to know where to get all conjuration spells. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Conjuration_Spells Yeah I was on that site earlier and saw it listed to get them from the dude in Winterhold, so I went there and found him but he didn't sell any of those elemental books.
