LE Mod to give same speech skill increase for bulk selling

Hi,

 

Is there a way to allow multi sale but still gain the full benefit towards the speech skill?

 

Example you sell 1 stack of 20 items worth 200 each, you get the same speech increase as selling 1 of the items.

So selling each of the 20 items 1 by 1 gives you 19x more skill points than selling it as 1 batch.
