Questions about copied NPC and weapons in the Creation Kit

Say i make a copy of a npc enemy in a mod (like raider02copy) and in another mod i also do the same thing by making a copy of the same vanilla raider. Would the two mods conflict with each other?

 

And say if i make a copy of a weapon. Would this copied weapon also randomly appear in the world or would it be unique to itself only?
