MDillenbeck
My tale is thus: I moved my steam directory out of program files as recommended, then OBSE broke. I spent hours - I installed the dlls and under Steam->Settings->In-Game tab the enable Steam Community In-Game was checked... nothing. Didn't work. Frustrating... wasted hours trying to find fixes. Then I noticed that the notification for In-Game was not popping up for GOTY. *grumble* I finally decided to verify the install, but couldn't remember how. I went to library, right clicked TES:O, and selected properties... and behold! There, under the general tab, was another checkbox to enable Steam Community In-Game, and it was unchecked! No where in any documentation did it state that this existed, nor did I find it on any forum posts. I don't know if this will help you, but it fixed my install of OBSE. Let me know if it fixes yours.
