The glowing eyes bug, possible cure (minor spoiler inside)

After finishing "Alduins bane" and learning the dragonrend shout, my eyes have returned to normal.

If anyone has a glowy bugged save before this quest would they mind loading it up and confirming?

(I'm still on 1.1.21.0)
