Followers not riding horses

hi everyone

i have followed the step guide and installed the mods according to their recommendations and of course one of these mods is the convenient horses mod and the EFF (extensible follower framework) mod
so when i have a few followers let`s say i have three followers and when i buy a horse and ride it only one follower will ride a horse by calling it by the horn, i mean the other followers will do nothing and they will follow me by there feet

sometimes one of the other will run and try to find another horse and ride it (if i was near to a stable) and not by calling it by a horn but it will cause bugs like when i dismount, the horse of the last follower disappears or both the follower and the horse disappear
so what is my problem ?
there is a mod which i believe lets you have horses to your followers which is called horses for followers mod. can i use this mod alongside the EFF and the convenient horses mods ?

EDIT: before few minutes i have ride a horse while am having four followers and three followers used their horns to call their horses and only one follower did not ??!! why am having these troubles is there some thing wrong with my mods or there is something else
