Merging Mod Request

Even with plugins, please explain by step by step

To complete this project on your own, it will require some tools you need to inspect all the data with.

I will give you the list of the tools but I need to know first where the game is installed at?

The skills required I list must be learned BY you in order to see things as they are represented by the tools Prior to melting them together.

The choices you made are a sticky bunch.

What do you mean where it is installed?

new to modding ? right? If the game is installed in C:\Program Files (x86) the no, you can't use the tools or merge mods in that location.

The steam folders and it's games must not be there, they must reside on a partition or a root of C: drive, they need to be kept away from User account controls to allow editing them.

That's why I asked.

IF it installed into a default location? then direction here will be futile. a waste of your time and mine.

How, as easy as possible, to work these three files work together without the items within them overlaping or is out of place:

http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/15087/?

http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/8556/? (If you use the first file, things in the first file are out of place.)

http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/19230/?

I think there was another file that I wanted to use, but I can't remember which one it was...

Confirm "out of place? " as in what way? ID the file please, if the file has indeed out of place things, that file must be repaired first before even considering a merge of it at all, any broken files need to be fixed first, tested first, verified to work as intended, then start over again with the next version or choice. exact plugin names and choices must be isolated and chosen before any work can be done.

All of the choices so far DO in fact overlap each other, you can not avoid that, secondly all 3 use an interior based data connecting to exterior scripts, dialogs, quests. If any of them contain anything "deleted", that means the mod it's self must be rebuilt with out deletions.

you can not simply "clean" them and expect them to merge correctly.

Easy ? nothing in modding is easy when it comes to merge of many assets.

Fo3utility, 2 versions of xedit required, GECK, coffee....lots of coffee, Mod Organizer to use as a tool to isolate the assets and combine duplicated assets/ reduce them. And not the latest and greatest bunch of tools either, you choose the tool by date of mod construction so any data will fall into place correctly.

like I said, I will list the correct tools here directly when and if you choose the correct paths...make the decision as to what you want based on the recommendation I give here.
