Loading Issue: Outdoors -- Need TES5Edit Pro Assistance

Ok, I have redone my mods completely and have updated everything and have my Skyrim pretty much stable, with exception of one issue of which I am having trouble resolving.

First, I would like to say that all of my mods are clean (or have been cleaned), and I have 0 errors and 0 warnings (according to LOOT).

When running the TES5Edit, I have only one warning that pops up, and I believe it could be the reason I am having my issue, which is ...

For some reason, I can load any save game that was saved INDOORS, but only certain saves will load when OUTDOORS. Currently, I have issues loading some saved games in and around Whiterun, and I have a feeling it has something to do with this warning message. This is a new game I have been playing, as all of my old saved games were unfortunately out of date and I dared not to venture down the path of trying to save them, so I deleted all of them and started fresh.

Anyways, to the issue: I believe the issue is with the mod Skyrim Bigger Trees, as the TES5Edit gives a warning with this mod near the end of its loading. The warning it gives is:

"[00:30] Background Loader: [skyrim Bigger Trees Full.esp] Building reference info.
[00:30] Background Loader: <Warning: File [22] Skyrim Bigger Trees Full.esp with Group GRUP Cell Children of [CELL:000096C5] (in Tamriel "Skyrim" [WRLD:0000003C] at 20,-9) is missing an overriden record for [CELL:000096C5] (in Tamriel "Skyrim" [WRLD:0000003C] at 20,-9)"

As I am not an expert at reading the many errors that come with the TES5Edit program, I can understand and decipher some of them as I do dabble a little in coding. Having said that, again not being an expert with the TES5 program, this warning message says to me that something is missing within the "Skyrim world" that should be there, which is leading me to believe that this missing component could be the cause of why I occasionally CTD as well as have issues when loading an outdoors saved game, around the city of Whiterun only. I want to clarify that I have had zero issues anywhere else I have been in the game.

So if anyone is an expert with the TES5Edit program that could help me decipher this warning message, as well as provide me with some method of fixing it, I would be greatly appreciative. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the mod itself, removing the mod completely and re-downloading it (through Nexus, and using the NMM), and reorganizing the load order, and then allowing LOOT to resort. I thought I had the issue solved when I was able to load the outdoors saved game, from within the game via a previous save, but alas, it still happens and the warning message still exists.

Any help to this issue would be appreciated. I would post my mod load order, and the TES5Edit findings, as well as LOOT but ..... ya, I have a lot of mods and it would be EXTREMELY lengthy to post; but I can provide them if necessary. Many thanks again for any help received.

I would consider replacing Skyrim Bigger Trees with Skysight - Simply Bigger Trees it has no esp to worry about it just changes the meshes (download the slower moving branches if the trees move too fast it's a simple esp).

I did consider that, yes, however, I did mention that I have A LOT of mods, some of which support Skyrim Bigger Trees, of which I would then be forced to go back through all of those mods and then uninstall/reinstall them just to unselect one option, which would be to deselect Skyrim Bigger Trees. What I'm trying to say, is that it would be a lot of work to do this, which I will be prepared to do if necessary but, I'd rather fix the one small issue.

Thank you for the suggestion though.

The best thing you can do is find the record on tes5edit and delete it to see if it works.(make a backup of the esp first)

Ok, I appreciate your trying, but ....

I cannot delete something that is not there. If you read my OP, I clearly state that the TES5 program gives me a warning that something is MISSING, that is supposed to be there. Therefore, if it is MISSING, it is NOT THERE and cannot be deleted. I am looking for a definition of exactly what this warning message is (because my opinion could most certainly be wrong), so I can figure a way to fix it; or if I'm lucky enough, get an answer as to how to fix it along with the explanation.

I do appreciate you trying to help, but I need more to work with.

That message means that you have an object that some record wants to modified but is missing on that cell probably a tree..... if you remove the record that is searching for that object the error will no longer pop up.

Ok, that's what I figured; that the mod was trying to call an object that was (more than likely) removed or deleted by the mod-maker (accidental or otherwise), but whatever the case, is no longer there, and is causing an issue. Thank you for clarifying that for me.

As to removing the record ... again, I must note that I am no expert with the TES5 program but, I'm getting used to it so, I tried looking for this record to remove. Before I take any action here (I know about the backup but, I have the original file within the zip file so, I do have an original, untouched copy if need be), I would like to know about this strange record within the mod, if you can help me with that.

In the attached pic, there is an odd record of "Children of 000096C5," which is exactly the warning message in question. However, I bring it up because this is the only record that appears as such, and it makes me wonder why it appears as it does, when the rest of them appear just as "0000xxxx."

Anyways, I would like to verify that this is the record I should be removing. If so, I will give this a try and see if it fixes the issue. Thanks for all the assistance in helping me work this out.

EDIT: Helps to actually attach the image in question .... /facepalm.

Can you please post even the other side of TES5Edit. (there should be something with the error written on one of the records)

Sorry this took a bit, I had some stuff to take care of.

Here are the requested images: There is a Top Left, Top Right, and Bottom section to show all of TES5Edit's information. For the record, there are no errors, only the aforementioned warning message.

There were only 2 sub-records shown for this record.
