LE Scriptable camera movement mod?

So I recently created a mod named Better Free Camera and have been getting some great feedback on it. One person asked a question about doing camera pans which gave me the idea that maybe there could be a mod which scripts camera movements in free camera mode.

 

Basically the idea is that someone can create a simple text file that would contain some sort of instructions for camera movements like the following:

 

Move from point A to point B at X speed.

Rotate camera Y degrees.

Move to point C at Z speed.

 

This text file would then be placed somewhere an SKSE plugin could read it from and then the mod would execute the script in free camera mode when the user presses a particular button. Somebody recording videos could use this for precise movements rather than use a controller which is prone to human error.

 

While the idea is simple, actually creating it might not be so I thought I would throw this idea out there to see what people think before doing anything. Also, if something out there already does this and I just haven't found it then let me know since I don't want to reinvent the wheel.
