Game settings reset bug and mods acting weird afterward

Hello and thanks for your precious time trying to help me! :smile:

 

Sometimes, after I open my computer and the NMM to launch FO4, NMM will launch the launcher instead of F4se, set once again my video quality to Ultra, then if I click play, the game launch and I notice that the HUD and PIPBOY color got back to default, the subtitles are disable and some other settings reverted to default and I have no clue why it did that. That's my first interrogation.

 

Secondly, when this happens, some in game mods seems to have stop working properly or got something messed up (Cigarettes & Pre-war money De-junked goes back to junk, See through Scope changed the lens of the scope reflecting an imaginary landscape and is now only barely visible, other stuff that I probably just haven't noticed yet, etc) Would that be because of the settings reset mentionned above? Did someone have that bug happening to them?

I'm using: F4se, FO4 Unofficial Patch, Enboost and my Fallout4.ini is set to read-only once I'm done with it
