Deleted631007User
Currently I'm trying to eliminate SKE/I and Homemaker from my load order. Homemaker is quite old and much of what it originally added is either done better by another mod, or was added in a patch or DLC from Bethesda. Unfortunately right now I cannot seem to find a mod which adds every version of the first aid kit, including both wall-mounted and surface placed versions of each variation. I think Better Stores adds a bunch of wall mounted first aid kits but none of them are the raider variant, which is the exact variant I want to use. Beyond that I'm kinda lost. Right now it's probably the only object in my entire settlement which uses homemaker. Edited September 6, 2016 by Guest
damanding
For just one item, I think you might be pleasantly surprised at how incredibly easy it is to just make your own mod for that. You don't even need the CK to do that, you can actually do it in FO4Edit. You can use FO4Edit to find that particular first aid kit in Homemaker. If you're not planning to re-upload the object in Homemaker as a published mod, you can probably just straight up copy the mesh and info from Homemaker into your own mod. Depending on what Homemaker has done with that mesh regarding snapping points you may want to re-use their mesh (assuming it's just personal use only!) So if their raider first aid kit can snap onto a wall for instance it has snap points baked into the mesh file you'll want to keep. Ethreon has tutorials for using FO4edit to make constructible objects. This should help in figuring out how to create your own mod for that item. Then like I said, if it's just for personal use, you can copy the mesh from Homemaker if you need it to snap like they do. They probably have it in an archive so you'd need Bethesda Archive Extractor (BAE) to pull out the nif file.
