Random Crashes on Loading Screens

Basically,every 15 ~ 30 minutes I seem to crash on loading screens,this usually happens when my character dies,i will post my load order here,also,can anyone tell me how to find my ''Computer Specs''

I run the game with NVSE,when i firstly downloaded this the game was sweet!

Ps:ReInstalling is NOT an option,already tried

Ps²:I'm having some texture bugs with 3 weapons,Antimaterial Rifle,Silenced .22 Pistol,Single shotgun,but just when NPCs use them,when i use them i see no problems.

Ps³:If you guys could tell which mod is changing the name of the weapons to their real names,i would be very grateful.

Unusually enough, I was too experiencing frequent crashes. Me deleting the "companion sandbox mode" mod appeared to fix it. Perhaps take out the companions relax mod and try again?

Also, FOOK changes weapon names unfortunately.
