Crash when inspecting vanilla clothes

Hi so i am not new to modding but this has me stumped i added a bunch of mods and i am not sure where i went wrong but from what i checked i cannot inspect some of the vanilla clothes first noticed it with casual outfit, i had it in my inventory as i went to an armor workbench CTD couldn't figure out why i went to my inventory see if anything happens and as i started to inspect my armors the casual outfit and army helmet crashed to desktop.

any help would be much appreciated.
