Camera mod that allows player movement

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a Mod that will allow me to manipulate the camera and move my character. I need this mod for at least two sequences.

1. When my character is training in Archery in Angi's hideout, I want to have the camera near the targets to record the arrows.

2. I would want to mount yhe camera to a hill and record my character passing by on a hource, but I still wan to have control of my character.

 

A mod where I can save the camera position and than quickly change to that saved one would be also nice. Something like saving X, Y and Z, that typing it in the command line to quickly be in that position.

 

Is there a mod that will give me the abillity to do such things?
