scottym23 Posted September 8, 2016 Share Posted September 8, 2016 I'm trying to alter the stats for the Elite riot gear armor, helmet, and the armor attachments (elite left leg, bandolier, ect.) I've downloaded and attempted to use FO4edit and I have found the armor files for the ncr armor and attachments, however it doesn't seem as though I can edit the attachments. I've been successful in downgrading the base riot gear armor to my desired stats, but for some reason I can't seem to alter the stats on the attachments to it.
