Fallout 4 has stopped working

Ever since the Nuka World update, I have been unable to play my game. When I load into my game, the opening video starts to play, then the screen goes black and an error message pops up saying "Fallout 4 has stopped working." I've already tried many things and here are my findings:

Fallout 4 works normally, without Mod Organizer or F4SE active.
F4SE works normally without any mods active
It's not any single mod that is the problem. I went through every mod, one-by-one, and the game still crashes.

Is the problem a combination of mods or maybe a load order thing? I've tried using the sort option on Mod Organizer and I get an error message for that as well. Any help would be great because I'd really like to start playing Fallout again.
