lubronbrons
oh God !why human memory is so bad, unlike search engine in computerlast year I am pretty sure I stumble upon mod that can freeze time with just single keystrokebutnow I don't remember what its name just now try googling itI found this >>> http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/3892and this >>> http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/30973/?I still not try both of that, but it seems in that mods mention spell that can stop time Edited September 9, 2016 by lubronbrons
DrakeTheDragon
Additionally you can try TAI (Toggle AI) without a selection to toggle "all" actors off. This effectively freezes them in place in the animation they are currently playing, but it also makes them non reactive to any outside intercourse, so you can't put pose spells on them or anything while toggled off either. But I'm regularly using it to freeze my actors in place in mid-motion for shootings. It doesn't, however, have any effect on physics and such though, so it's not a real time freeze. But it helps in many a situation when screenshooting.
