Crouching bug

[Wepolization]

So I have this problem... Every time I crouch I teleport about 20 feet.

It will sometimes say 'Energy Cell removed.' when it happens and a shock noise accompanied by an electric shock from underneath me occurs.

Not something I've heard of before. Nor apparently has anyone else still hanging around on a daily basis.

 

My first suspicion was it's related to an "animation replacer". But the 'electric shock' related aspects, along with the 'teleport' make that seem "unlikely". So it's probably either "too many plugins" (the "140" cap is more like "130-140" depending upon your system, and eventually counts even "inactive" plugins in the Data folder), or a mod conflict.
