Crashing on entering new area

So I tried both vanilla start with Helgen, and and Alternate Start Live Another Life, and whenever I would go into a new area, such as the keep, or sleep in the bed, I would CTD.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't see alternate start in your load order--is this a list of all mods you've installed ?

 

Sorted with loot as a rough idea of where the popular mods should be ?

 

I'd disable large swaths of mods one go at a time, start new game and see if it fixes things. E.g. start with everything COT. Then all Apocalypse, etc. New game is compulsory with this kind of testing.

I disabled Alternate start to try and see if that was the problem, going to try a few others that I feel might be problems first then start taking a hatchet to the whole list.

 

 

EDIT: Ok, first disabled Holds to see if that would let me enter a loading screen and sure enough I was able to use Alternate start, time to see if I can't get both working now.

 

 

EDIT 2: I seems I may have missed a few things with Holds that I should of downloaded and installed before trying to run it.

I had a problem similair to this. I disable CoT and it started working again.
