I have Vsync enabled, i have both AA and AF at 8 samples, all grafic setting on high. MAKE IT STOP!!! If I get screen in a game like TF2 or amnesia it looks like lines running down the screen or a physical bend in the image (mind you, amnesia I had to turn of v. sync, and TF2 is only once in a while as I am running it at well over 250 fps at times). It looks like you are using one of those post processing effects mods so you may want to try disabling that. Look along all the edges of objects that are against the sky. they are all white. You can enable Transparency AA (the stuff the edges of the leaves is made of) in your graphics driver settings Screen tearing refers to VSYNC being disabled causing the screen to show scanlines.
