Raider Radio - Can You Get One In Decorations?

I have built up the Raider settlement Red Rocket. The Operators are now moving into it. I wanted to build some Raider Radios to play for these boys and girls but I cannot find it in the workshop anywhere?

 

Is the radio:

 

1. - Not avalible.

2. - Available and you find it in some unusual catagory.

3. - Need the Wasteland Warlord perks to be able to build it in the settlement.

 

I used the mod that lets you complete Home Sweet Home without actually raiding any of the CW settlements so I do not get the Wasteland Warlord perks. So if building the Raider Radio (I love Red Eye) is included in those perks, I might be screwed.
