Infinite loadingscreen when loading FIRST savegame

So today I decided to start a new game. I got sick of my old game with over 200 mods installed.
Because I didn't properly install some mods (and you know, uninstalling mid game and stuff like that) I had frequent CTD and stuff like that.

So I uninstalled Skyrim, deleted every single mod and started over again.
This time with proper install suggested by some guides.

I installed mostly some mods you simply can't live without. Game starts just fine, runs just fine.
Just after Alduin attacks, I had to walk with the dog. So I save and quit the game.
When I get back, I load my save and it keeps loading. I tried it several times, no luck.
So I create a new game, again, everything runs fine. Just before I enter Whiterun, I have to eat. So I save and exit the game again.
When I get back, same issue, infinite loadscreen...

So I tried disabling mods that seemed most likely to cause something like this. Mods like ELFX, Realistic water 2, DynDOLOD,... Didn't work.
I can't go mod per mod to see which one causes the issue, because when I disable all mods, my save will simply crash when trying to load it.

So my question is; what is wrong with my game?

Edit; maybe an important note, I do not have any ENBs and of everything graphical I downloaded the non ENB version

Second edit; if I load it long enoug, like 2-3 minutes, it will just CTD

Seems I solved it myself.

I had a hunch it was DynDOLOD that was causing issues.
So I completly removed it and started a new game, it's working fine (except for the missing textures of Skyrim Flora Overhaul but that's just details)

I think there is a specific way you need to install it i was watching a video when i was planing on installing it. Google it.

yes there is and I did follow that guide.

But I installed some new textures after I did it so they weren't included. Might be the issue

you didn't exaggerate with the resolution of the LOD? And you have Crash Fixes and ENBoost?
