Dlesang
Have you attached NiAlphaProperty to the mesh object? No, where should I add that?
Incognitomen
Its always the same:I know the photoshop method:Open a .DDS texture in Photoshop and go to the channels tab. Open the Alpha channel, now paint with White to Black and inbetween: White means Completely visible, black means invisible, anything inbetween will be kind of transparent.Save the texture back to .DDS format.Thank a lot
robjunk
For those who don't have PhotoShop, GIMP also has a plugin for DDS support, and even better, Paint.NET is fast, easy to use, and supports layers, transparency, and DDS compression. All the transparency and other texture edits done for my mod (NSFW - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/74077) were done with Paint.NET.
